In May 2017 we produced the Housing Site Assessment. It assessed the sites which were submitted in the Call for Sites process. In part, it looked at those sites at Burley Gate and proposed some options for consultation.
As a result of the Regulation 14 Consultation another site was proposed as a possible site for development in Burley Gate.
Part of the NDP process is that we must give due deliberation to all suggested sites. So at the January Parish Council meeting we asked our Planning Consultant to look again at the options at Burley Gate.
